How long should you follow the Lemon Detox Diet?The time frame for the lemon detox diet can vary significantly, depending on your health, experience with detoxing, and personal preference. The full detox should take place for at least seven days to two weeks.

If you prefer a more comfortable version of the diet, you can replace two meals a day with the lemon drink, and eat one full meal at lunch time. If you select this more relaxed method, you can continue with your detox diet for up to one month. You can also choose a diet plan that includes one detox day each week. This method can be the easiest for many people to follow, and will give very satisfying results.

The hardest part about a lemon detox diet is usually psychological in nature. It is hard to imagine going for any period of time without solid food. i wouldnt reccomend it.. you dont have much energy and might feel lightheaded

I would not recommend a workout especially intense. I've done these before and as the previous person mentioned you can get lightheaded. However, a stretch & tone type routine would be okay.

iam on the six day on the limon diet and I have stop lossing weight it that normal

today is my eight day on the lemon diet and I feel great. I work out as well at the gym (nothing extreme) and never been lightheaded. I want to know how long does it take for the body to fully detox?! I don't want to stop until my body is fully or almost fully detox! I have acne problems and my goal, besides loosing weight is to clear my skin... CAN SOMEONE HELP?
